Cervical screening: how it's done

What’s this about?

Come along to a free, friendly online talk with Dr Rachel Brown. She will explain:

  • What a cervical smear is

  • Why it’s important for your health

  • What to expect

  • Your right to choose

  • How to ask for a female clinician

You can listen, ask questions, or just watch. No pressure.

Who is it for?

Anyone aged 25–64 who has a cervix and hasn’t had a smear recently.

It’s OK if you’re not sure whether it’s for you — come and find out.

When are the sessions?

Choose a talk in your language:

🗓️ Tuesday 4 June, 6–7pm – English

🗓️ Thursday 6 June, 6–7pm – Somali
👉 Join the Somali session

 

🗓️ Tuesday 11 June, 6–7pm – Urdu
