Non-NHS Services and Fees

We’re here to support you with a range of services, including those not covered by the NHS. These additional services help meet specific needs, such as medicals or letters, and are available to all our patients. While these services do attract a fee, we aim to keep the process straightforward and transparent. Our friendly team is always happy to guide you and answer any questions.

Non-NHS Services and Fees

Some services are not covered under our NHS contract and therefore attract charges. Examples include:

  • Medicals for pre-employment, sports, or driving (e.g., HGV, PSV)
  • Insurance claim forms
  • Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
  • Private sick notes
  • Vaccination certificates
  • Third-party letters
  • Bus passes/travel cards
  • DSA evidence forms
  • Letters of extenuating circumstances

Fees are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales. Our reception team will be happy to provide details about costs and appointment availability.

You may also request a medical report. Please note:

  • This process can take up to 30 days to complete.
