There are designated parking areas for disabled drivers on Level D in the Mall Galleries car park. Normal parking charges apply for these spaces and spaces cannot be guaranteed. There are other disabled bays on Union Street, close to the practice.

The surgery is on 2 levels with lift access to each floor.
